PETER DE WITTE HAS BEEN ACCUSED OF GETTING AN ILLEGAL PROSTITUTE PREGNANT, AND USING HIS PULL TO GET HER IMMIGRATION PAPERS FIXED

It is no secret that Peter de Witte has a weakness for  Dominicana's and that he's been provided with his own 'harem' of dancers to pick and choose from.

But the jig was up, when one got pregnant. It was discussed openly by the police and the department, but it was Peter De Witte's, best buddy, Bibi Hodge Shaw- who actually came out with full claims, while trying to defend her close friend Peter de Witte. Bibi Hodge Shaw sees nothing wrong with a law enforcement figure impregnating an illegal alien, who is supposed to be a prostitute. Living and selling her body illegally in St Maarten. When accused of being in a 'too close' relationship with the Chief and his police department, all Bibi Hodge Shaw had to do was explain, that she was closed to everyone in the police department- and that the allegations of the Chief impregnating a hooker was not true. What Hodge-Shaw did, was try to justify the Chief's actions- by the actions of others in government, and she DEFENDED his right to impregnate an illegal, permitless person (like herself) and to use coercion and cronyism to fix the prostitutes papers, to give her legal status on the island. Hodge Shaw in her infinite stupidity, is the one 'friend' who you DON'T want defending you. She defended all illegal, unethical and immoral accusations launched against Peter, and tried to throw former Minister of Justice Dennis Richardson and Roland Duncan under the bus in the process. With friends like Bibi, Peter doesn't need enemies. Bibi Hodge Shaw was very angry with the police department and the Prosecutors Office in 2013. Ms Shaw would email, text and call blogger Judith Roumou, continuously with information to post about the police department. Ms Roumou has saved ALL communications, because she wants to see them all in court.

St Maarten will be forming another coalition government, although the United People's Party received the most votes, Frans Richardson received a surprising number of votes, which means he has enough for a seat, the Democratic Party did better than expected.

A hearing of police suspects in the  "Masbangu" Police Bribery case that includes election fraud and vote buying, has once again been postponed and will take place on August 4.

Judge Coen Luijks was presiding on Monday.

The Masbangu Police Bribery Case involves vote buying during the 2010 Country St. Maarten elections which was held on September 17, 2010.

Judge Koen Luijks granted Attorney at Law Peppy Suberan his request to have detective Lucy Gachette questioned by the judge of instruction before they proceed with the case

The Police involved are not just St Maarteners, but are Antillians, R.C.H.J. (62), C.C. (45) and A.R.W.M. (43) are said to have voted for The United People's (UP) party in exchange for $300. Their co-worker Glenda P. Webster (49) is suspected of attempting to receive money for her vote.

UP party representative Roy Heyliger (60) is accused of giving money to the police officials in exchange for their votes.

On February 17 2014, the judge ruled that the Prosecutor's Office should reopen the case. The involvement of UP party leadership and its agents are being called at these trials.

According to Judge Coen Luijks, the case held contradictory statements about the involvement of The United People's Party in the alleged vote buying and bribes given to the defendants.

The Prosecutor's Office had stated it could not be prove that the United People's party had bribed or attempted to bribe persons; however, suspect Roy Heyliger who was not present at Monday's hearing, had said he had acted on the orders of UP party leader Theo Heyliger.

According to the Judge, the Prosecutor's Office had stated it could not be proven that UP had committed punishable acts, but it had filed charges against party representative Roy Heyliger This constituted a serious contradiction, according to the judge.

The additional investigations led former Prosecutor and attorney, Cor Merx to file a recusal request against the judge, which was denied by the Joint Court of Justice in separate proceedings.

At Monday's proceedings, it was decided that neither the Prosecutor's Office nor the suspects and their attorneys deemed it necessary to hear all  three members of the United People's party.

The names of Theo Heyliger, Hannibal Gumbs and Ludwig Ouenniche were floated as potential witnesses, but it was decided that the case would be continued, without these witnesses present.

Monday's proceedings concerned a preliminary hearing, during which the suspects' lawyers could submit requests for the hearing of witnesses and other additional investigations.

In the meantime, the Prosecutor's Office added several documents to the case files, among which was an explanation of the Attorney General as to why it took three years and five months before this case was brought to Court.

The Chief of Police and Chief Prosecutor requested the Attorney General's approval of an investigation on October 28, 2010. The request was granted in November 2010, "but only on August 6, 2012, the Chief Prosecutor asked the Attorney General's permission for a criminal investigation. This time-frame raises questions," said Judge Luijks in February.

The National Detectives (Landsrecherche) completed the investigation in this case on February 14, 2013, but the suspects were not summoned until one year later. This may have implications for the so-called reasonability of the time-frame permitted by law between the date of the alleged crime and the actual court hearing.

The Court case is to resume after the summer recess, on August 4. Most likely, proceedings would continue that day with attorney Merx presenting preliminary pleadings on behalf of his client C.J.L.C.

The Bosman Law considered racist, not just by St Maarten and Antillians, but Meijers Committee

Certain St Maarten politicians, or wanna-be St Maarten politicians are very proud of their ties with Andre Bosman, who it appears cares very little about the Antillian immigrant. Dutch politician Andre Bosman wants to inact initiatives that some might call downright racist policies, when it comes to its former colonies, yet the St St Maarten dignitaries who are now crying at Bosman's new policies, are the same ones proud to claim him as a so-called "friend" on facebook, confident in their minds that Bosman is hanging on to their every word. The bottom line in Bosman is a Dutch politician who doesn't care at all about the Antilles. The politicians who are proud to be running to Bosman and Company, and brag about it need to realize that you can't be for the St Maarten people, and for Bosman's racist policies against Antillians. Where does the St Maarten politician stand when it comes to Bosman's laws? Many have chosen to remain quiet, some are actually proud as they say of sending the Dutch information that they claim is affecting the political agenda in St Maarten. But the bottom line is, the Dutch already have their spies in St Maarten, so the so called activists being used by the Dutch, need to quit being so proud. The Dutch is well aware of the corruption going on in government, and they are using the corruption going on in government as an excuse to add restrictions to Antillians travelling or immigrating to the Netherlands. When the St Maarten government and their cohorts commit crime, it is the common man who suffers. The Antillian "common man" is in a difficult place right now. Not liking or wanting to rely on the Dutch, but scared of outright independence considering the mess the St Maarten government have made already in less than 4 years with country St Maarten status. The Antillian voter is stuck between ruthless politicians who will do and say anything during the election year, and old colonial racism, that never quite disappeared and is now showing itself once again, in the form of these new immigration policies and rules.

Anybody in Government will tell you, when you see Leroy de Weever and Roy Marlin somewhere pacing together the government is going to FALL! A short time later Sarah Wescot Williams will show up, and then there's an announcement. I have hundreds of thousands of photos in St Maarten. I noticed the 2 Roys back before the 1st coup. Don't forget I was down by the Boardwalk taking pictures of Patrick negotiating with Leroy, and then Sarah showed up one night, and then the government fell. When they realized it was too easy for me to get to Philipsburg, they switched their secret HoneyComb Hideout to Busby's Place, a restaurant located somewhere behind God's back. The game plan will have to change in 2014. Unless you believe Leroy and Roy will be running again. Roy Marlin has to focus on 'running' is gas stations, it's obvious that Billy D is furious at him about his manipulation of the gas prices. Both Billy D and Roy Marlin are firmly implanted up Sarah quarters, so why don't they discuss their little 'gasbum' issue there? Tired a Billy D crying about Roy Marlin everyday on the radio when we all know both a them firmly planted on Sarah's teets. Roy had his stroke duriing the last election, Leroy after the last elections. You would think that they would try to slow down, but nope. I think it would be too much for either of them to run in 2014, I'm sure their families wouldn't like it. Whereas Leroy has an empire of daughters to take over his dynasty, Roy Marlin doesn't seem to be grooming anyone to replace him. I can see them being Advisors in the upcoming elections, but actually running on the slate? Nope!

Where does that leave Sarah? No Leroy, no Roy, no Erno, no Theo, no Connie? Well Sarah WILL have to swallow her pride and become somebody's number 2. The abbreviation D.P. stood for "Dying Party", now it stands for "Dead Party". Sarah it seems will have to humble herself to Theo if she wants to retain and regain power. 

And it won't matter who she aligns with, she will control and manipulate them, while having them believe somehow that they run things.

Anyone who allows Sarah 'in' will have to face off against her down the line.

Everybody in government playing Checkers, the Prime Minister Sarah Wescot Williams has always played Chess. Right down to the Dutch Integrity hearing, she has the Dutch by the balls, why else would they allow Richard Gibson and Jan Beaujon of ALL people ANY part in ANY integrity or ethics investigation. How can Gibson be in ANY investigation, when he's a part of it. Don't believe me? Consider the Maria Buncamper "hit" and who led the assault??? The Today paper!!! Who owns the Today paper? Richards Gibson. Who ordered the Hit on Marietje?

The Dutch have decided to have Sint Maarten investigated. The Dutch feel like little corrupt islands like St Maarten, make them (the Dutch) look bad, to the rest of the world. The Dutch demanded an integrity hearing of the St Maarten Government, which is basically an investigation and audit of everything, including financial records. The Prime Minister Sarah Wescot-Williams was appalled and compared the integrity investigation by the Dutch as 'neo-colonistic and a 'constitutional blunder'. Sarah is not called 'the Snake" for no reason. She evidently discovered a 'loophole' in the constitution, which would make it unconstitutional to be investigated by the Dutch. It would not make sense for the Dutch to try to amend these loopholes, because they've already asked for the integrity investigation, and the other Islands would have to sign-off, on such an amendment, something that they will probably not do, considering it would restrict their autonomy even further. Sarah has appointed Attorney Richard Gibson Sr and Jan Beaujon. That is a joke in St Maarten, why not have friends who owe you favors be selected to investigate you and your government? Well the answer is obvious in most third world countries, but not St Maarten.
